I am starting my fast. It is 12:30 pacific time. My last food was about 5 1/2 hours ago. (homemade pizza. yummm) I will be fasting until 12:00 tomorrow night. I am fasting today in memory of the 2996 victims of the WTC disaster. Also for the 2662 KIA in OIF and the 329 KIA in OEF.
